How your journey is organised

Booking terms

Last updated: 22 August 2026

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of a discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the passenger transport services offered by Aero62 Express. They supplement the information in the booking confirmation, which prevails for matters specific to your journey.

2. Request, quote and confirmation

Submitting the online form is a request for a quote and availability; it does not automatically confirm a booking. Aero62 Express then contacts you to agree the journey arrangements, price and pick-up time.

The booking is concluded when Aero62 Express sends you a confirmation. The customer must promptly check the information in that confirmation and report any error.

3. Price and payment

The price communicated in the confirmation applies to the agreed journey and the elements stated in it. Any change requested after confirmation — including to the route, schedule, number of passengers, luggage or stops — may change the price after the customer has been informed.

Payment terms are specified when booking is confirmed. Payment may be made in cash or by bank transfer, according to the arrangements agreed with Aero62 Express.

4. Customer obligations

  • provide accurate and complete information, especially the address, flight number and contact details;
  • be ready at the confirmed pick-up place and time;
  • give sufficient notice of any special need, child seat, large luggage or animal;
  • ensure that passengers behave respectfully and observe on-board safety rules.

5. Changes, cancellation and delay

Any request to change or cancel must be communicated to Aero62 Express as soon as possible by telephone, WhatsApp or email. It is handled subject to availability and the arrangements stated in your booking confirmation.

When a flight number has been provided, Aero62 Express monitors the flight to a reasonable extent. In case of delay, however, the customer must remain reachable. Delays, road closures, weather conditions or events beyond Aero62 Express’ reasonable control may require the service to be adapted.

6. Liability

Aero62 Express performs the service with the care expected of a professional. Its liability cannot be excluded or limited where the law prohibits this. The customer remains responsible for the information provided, personal belongings and damage caused by themselves or accompanying persons, within the limits set by law.

7. Complaints and applicable law

Any issue should be reported to Aero62 Express as soon as possible so that a solution can be sought. You may send a complaint to aero62.express@gmail.com.

Belgian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. Passenger transport contracts do not generally fall within the right of withdrawal, subject to the conditions laid down by applicable law.
