Data controller

Aero62 Express is responsible for processing personal data collected through this website. For any question about your data, contact us at aero62.express@gmail.com.

Data collected

For a quote request or booking, we may process:

  • your contact details (name, telephone number and email address);
  • information needed to organise the journey (addresses, date, time, airport, flight number, passengers, luggage and special requests);
  • communications about your request or booking.

Please do not send us health data or other sensitive information unless it is strictly necessary for your pick-up and you have contacted us first.

Why and on which basis?

  • to answer your quote request and check availability;
  • to prepare, confirm and provide your transport;
  • to provide customer support and keep the service safe;
  • to meet our legal, accounting and administrative obligations.

Depending on the case, this processing is based on steps taken before entering into a contract or performance of a contract, legal obligations, and Aero62 Express’ legitimate interest in organising and securing its activity.

Recipients and retention

Your data is accessible only to people who need it to handle your journey and to technical providers involved in hosting, messaging or managing the website, within the scope of their services. It is never sold or rented to third parties.

Data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, when a booking is confirmed, for the periods required by applicable rules, including accounting and tax rules.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, or object to certain processing. You may also request data portability where that right applies. Write to us at the address above; proof of identity may be requested where there is reasonable doubt.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.

Cookies, audience measurement and advertising performance

The website uses strictly necessary storage to remember your consent choice. Without your consent, Google storage for analytics and advertising measurement remains disabled.

If you choose “Analytics only”, Google Analytics 4 may place cookies to measure viewed pages and interactions that help improve the journey. Google Ads measurement remains disabled.

If you choose “Analytics + ads measurement”, you also allow the storage and signals needed, where possible, to link a visit from a Google Ads advert with actions subsequently performed on the website. This measurement is used to assess campaign effectiveness. Ad personalisation and remarketing remain disabled in our configuration.

Tracked events include viewed pages, route selections, clicks on “Request a quote”, starting and progressing through the form, successful quote requests, and clicks to telephone or WhatsApp. Information entered in fields — name, telephone, email, addresses and journey details — is never sent to Google Analytics or Google Ads by this tracking.

These measurements are based on your consent. You can refuse, limit consent to analytics, or also allow Google Ads measurement, then change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page. When consent is withdrawn, Analytics cookies and first-party Google Ads measurement cookies accessible to the website are deleted according to the choice made.

Google Ireland Limited provides the Google Analytics and Google Ads services used for this measurement. Detailed Analytics data is configured with a 14-month retention period. For more information, see Google’s privacy policy.
